the Costa del Sol & Southern Spain

ACAIR is the Zabell family business, a family that has been in Spain since February 1967. The father, Gerald, has been in the heating-air conditioning business on the Costa del Sol since 1974. In 1986 he and his son Tim, who is Cities & Guilds qualified in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) specialising in refrigeration, founded ACAIR, now the longest-established foreign-owned air conditioning company on the Coast.
Over the years they have handled some thousands of installations, the vast majority of them in private homes although some large projects have also been handled, such as air conditioning several banks, a residential-shopping centre and hotels as well as heating pools in some large residential complexes.
Many private clients have become close personal friends and others have returned for further installations when they have moved house or enlarged their existing homes. The company covers the area from Salobreña on the Granada province coastline through the whole Málaga coast and some 60 kilometres inland, westwards to Sotogrande and the Algeciras Bay area in Cádiz province, although some large installations have taken them as far as Carboneras in Almeria and close to the city of Cádiz.
For the Costa Blanca area ACAIR has a technically-qualified representative in Alicante province who also covers the provinces of Murcia and Valencia.
